I brought that discipline into transport operations — first as a Transport Manager running a passenger fleet in Poland, then across nearly a decade in London bus operations.
I have since transitioned into operations within transport and safety-critical environments in the UK, including leading a dedicated accident and incident investigation function, directly managing a team of investigators and regional trainers across roughly 80 operational teams nationwide.

I hold a certified Executive MBA (GPA 4.98/5.00) and a BEng in Process Engineering, and I am a certified ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal auditor and IOSH-qualified in Managing Safely.
Alongside my professional work, I lead a sports management organisation, overseeing logistics, stakeholder engagement and budget for an athlete-focused club — reinforcing my leadership style: disciplined, people-focused, and performance-driven.
